Please take a moment and get to know me. It is extremely important that you feel comfortable with the counselor you approach for help.
As a counselor, I help people overcome emotional distress, mend relationships, deal with major changes in their lives, and gain greater control over their lives. Each client is unique, with his or her own mix of problems. Based on my experience in cognitive-behavioral therapy and family systems, I use a variety of methods that are tailored to the specific needs of each client.
My focus is on listening to your problems in a warm, comfortable environment, identifying potential areas for change, helping you build new skills, and finding solutions that you can start implementing right away. Biblically based counseling is also available at the client’s request.
